We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much-needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel, and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

  • To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100. You are entitled to use your deposit up to 6 months from the date you booked your first appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours, a no-show, or if you decide not to proceed with any procedures, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Office appointments which are CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED with less than 48 hours are subject to a $250 CANCELLATION FEE.

  • Office appointments which are NO-SHOW are subject to pay 50% of the procedure.

  • NO-SHOW follow-up appointments are subject to pay a $250 NO-SHOW FEE.

  • Patients who do not show up for their appointments without a call or text within 48 hours notification will be considered as a NO-SHOW.

  • If you are running late more than 15 minutes, there will be a LATE FEE of $250.

  • If you reschedule or cancel more than twice without a valid excuse or documentation, you will be subject to be discharged from our office.

  • To avoid any cancellation or no-show fees, you have 48 hours to notify the office either to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If you fail to follow the cancellation/no-show policy, you will be DISCHARGED from the office.

The cancellation and no-show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the patient’s next appointment.

Esthetician Cancellation policy

We at Belle Piel Aesthetics understand that situations may arise, leading to a canceled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50. You are entitled to use your deposit up to 6 months from the date you booked your first appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours, a no-show, or if you decide not to proceed with any procedures, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • For an appointment canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved for the esthetician as well as the impact on scheduling.

  • Sick or Feeling Unwell:
    If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know as soon as you can so we can reschedule your appointment. We’d appreciate it if you can give us 24 hours’ notice. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and, in some cases, can make you feel worse.

  • Late Arrivals:
    It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time, we still have to end your treatment at the initially scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initially scheduled appointment. In order to get the most out of your treatments with us, please be on time!

Laser treatment Cancellation policy

    A no-show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. We at Belle Piel Aesthetics understand that circumstances do arise that may cause you to miss your appointment without prior communication. A no-show fee of $150 will be charged.

  • Sick or Feeling Unwell:
